Supervise and manage classroom curriculum, sign up, catechist (Lorie Crepeau).
Serve as substitute if sitters become unavailable.
Conduct business meeting first of each month.

Assist chair in all duties and oversee all committees.
Publish and post monthly schedule in cabinet at two church entrances.
Print babysitter sign in sheets and bring to Hurley Center for check-in/check-out.
Handle all publicity including fliers and ministry fair. All posters are
located in room E.

Keep monthly cash in/cash out ledger.
Present monthly report on the first of each month.
Purchase babysitter supplies (crackers/cups, etc.)
Pay sitters monthly.

Send thank you cards/congratulations cards/welcome cards as needed.
Update contact/mailing list.
Take notes at steering committee meetings and provide minutes as follow-up.

Fundraising Chair: Current - Beth Klicker and Mary Salm Organize two Moms Plus fundraisers per year, Childrens Raffle
at Church Picnic and another in the winter/spring.
Hospitality Chair: Current - Theresa Watkins and Katie Kyvik
Plan meal sharing as an outreach to Moms Plus families in need.
Purchase and/or create end of year gifts for sitters and submit receipt
to Treasurer.
Group photographer
Activity Chair: Current - Stephanie Jennrich Plan holiday group events (Memorial Day picnic, Labor Day outing.)
Plan St. Edna Ice Cream Social (posters located in room E.)
Run twice yearly (September and January) brainstorming sessions.
Webmaster: Current - Ann Marie Thomas Keep website up to date.
Submit bulletin announcements.
